Our worship services usually last between an hour and an hour and ten minutes. The 9:30 a.m. service is more contemporary, with a worship team (keyboards, guitars, drums, worship songs) and the sermon given from a lectern on floor level. The 11:00 a.m. service is more traditional (hymns, organ and piano, and the Adult Choir, which sings September through May), and the sermon is given from the pulpit. Members and friends of the church present special music throughout the year. A children’s message is given at both services. Activity boxes are available for children who will be in the sanctuary during the worship services.
Communion is usually served on the first Sunday of each month. We use gluten-free bread and grape juice. During the early service, people come forward to receive communion. At the second service, people are served in their pews by Elders of the church.
